How long does 'ignored' response take to activate in a workflow?

How long does 'ignored' response take to activate in a workflow?

If I'm using the 'opened' and 'ignored' response options to split my workflow in automation, how long does it take to actually activate and exit through the ignored option? For testing purposes, I currently just have both options joining back straight into the same line. But if I were to add a 3 day wait period for ignored emails, how long is that delay actually if I take into account the time for the 'ignored' condition to trigger?
