How reliable will zoho be in the future?

I have found the programs in zoho extraordinary and very user friendly. I have read that folks have been using zoho more than microsoft office and I can see why. My question is to what extent can we count on zoho being there for important content in the future and what is the best way to backup entire groups of documents and content for recovery. This info might be in the zoho information packages but how are others ensuring that their important content is not lost in case of a problem.
