How to achieve InfusionSoft style lead nurturing campaigns?
Hi guys,
please refer to
this link. InfusionSoft has a nice campaign builder that has similar features to the Zoho Campaigns Drip Marketing feature except it can work at an individual lead level after a lead takes some action (e.g. completes a web form). What's the best way to achieve similar functionality in Zoho CRM? A sample use case would be:
a. John Samson completes web form on website
b. System automatically emails John thanking him for signing up
c. Every day for the next five days, the system emails John a different email in a series
d. If John clicks a link in the email at any point during the five days, the remaining emails stop and a different campaign is initiated
I know this can be done through workflow tasks but it is clunky and you can't really link the steps together in one holistic campaign view. It would be cool if we could automatically trigger a Zoho Campaigns drip marketing campaign for one individual rather than having to manually initiate it.
This seems to be one major downside of Zoho CRM right now. Would be great if it could be addressed.
