I currently accept both ACH payments and credit card. I want to add a 3% fee to a number of my subscription plans if the customer chooses to use a credit card (and not ACH/checking).

How do I do this? Is there an in-built feature, or would i have to create a custom function / workflow? If the latter... how would I build that?
