How to add a looping autoresponder in 2022?

How do we set up looping cyclic workflows? 

In my soon-to-be-former CRM, I offer a daily reading email that goes for about 220 or so days. Then it loops, starting at the beginning.

I see that Zoho used to have a "looping reminder" functionality. But they've removed that. And it seems they've removed an "end of workflow" automation. 

Is it using Flow to trigger a Workflow at sign up. And then, after all 220+ emails are sent, adding something so they get back in the Flow trigger?
