How to add use custom fields from Accounts to derive mailing list in Campaigns

I have a customer that wants to classify his customer list in tiers.  Based on current availbility of company resources that free up he will send a message to a group of customers (tier 1, 2, etc) to let them know this resource is now available.
To do this I have created a custom field: "Tier" and he assigns a tier level to each customer.

What I can not figure out is how to create a list in Campaign that pulls in this custom field.  In addition he also wants to use the "Industry" field that is also in the Account portion of CRM.

Note: I am setup using Zoho CRM and within there, i have all my customers in the accounts section and the individual users in the contacts section.  Any suggestions? When I go to the Campaigns module > Contacts > Sync Contacts > Add new sync, I am only able to select Leads or Contacts from the dropdown list.  Accounts is not listed as available and the Accounts is where the custom field and Industry are located.
