Welcome back! This week, Zoho Community is buzzing with fresh insights to turbocharge your remote work capabilities. In our previous post, we discussed getting started with unattended access. This week's tip covers your options for configuring devices for unattended access.
Once you have logged into the Zoho Assist website, you can select a method to install unattended agents on remote devices.
Click on the Unattended Access tab on the top bar and choose Deployment and then Manage Devices. You will see a list of devices that have the unattended agent installed.
If you are starting fresh, you will have to install the unattended agent on a new device. Click on +Add Device . You can choose from three methods of installation—Download installer, Deployment link and Bulk deployment.
