How to continue using Zoho Campaigns if it's been 4 hours since you verify the campaign text

The subject. Also, we send you 2 emails to the support address and receive no reply.
No reply, no verification. 

The review procedure itself is ridiculous knowing how it works in other services. 
And such a service...

So we missed our weekly date of sending a message. 
Please reimburse us a week of usage.
