How to create a Report in Zoho CRM

In this post, let us see how to create a reports in Zoho CRM.


Reports are important tools that helps your business to analyse data, track sales performance, view trend analysis and visually analyze your data using a graph . 

Using Reports in Zoho CRM, we would be able to do just that as Zoho CRM has 40 default reports. Using Reports module, you can Build your own report, share reports, create Dashboards and also schedule your reports to be sent out daily, weekly or every month.

Click on the Reports module which would be enabled by default as highlighted below.




On the left pane see the reports which are segregated by modules. 






































Click on the "Create Report" option which is highlighted in green. In the next page, you can select the module for which the reports need to be created. Note: You can select a maximum of 3 modules to create a report.





Here, you will have three types of reports that can be used to create a report. To find out the types of reports and its functionality refer to this Link


The columns (Fields) would be shown based on the module for which you are creating the report for.


You will now see the option to mention a criteria and filter your data accordingly. You can selecta criteria from Standard Filters or create your own filters using the advance filters. Refer to the below image for an example. You can click on + button and add multiple criterias to drill down your data further.



Click on Run option and save your report. After the report is saved you can see the option to Send the report as an Email or export reports in the formats shown below.


You can also create a Dashboard from this report. As shown in the above image click on the "Create Chart" and you will now have an option to select the type of chart.
