there is about 300 subscribers on mailchimp

i need move database to zoho campaigns

and need 

1) customize opt-in email

2) send to subscribers customized opt-in email when adding them to zoho campaigns

3) when subscribers approve subscription - he/she just click on link inside opt-in email and then he/she is subscribed to campaign of zoho campaigns

how to make all 3 points?
