How to deactivate the "Subscription Confirmation" e-mail?

Hi,

I'd like to deactivate the subscription confirmation e-mail, so that when a new prospect register on our web form he's automatically subscribed to our mailing list, without having to confirm. We could do that because all of our customers have been contacted by phone and agreed to recieve an information e-mail...so no worries about SPAM.
