Let's say, for example, that I have a workflow of 12 emails going out 1 a week and it's now week 4. I just realized I spelled something wrong in the email for week 8. How do I edit that email?
If I edit the active workflow and a new draft workflow is created, what happens to all the contacts who have already received emails 1 through 4? Do they start again at email 1? And what happens to the existing campaign? Does it continue and I need to freeze and delete it?
Or is there a better way? Why can’t I just Freeze the workflow, edit the text and then Unfreeze it?
