How to get custom field values from CRM to show up in a Campaign's workflow?

How to get custom field values from CRM to show up in a Campaign's workflow?

Hello,

I have recently created a new custom field in the contact section of Zoho CRM.

Now, I would like to use the values in this field when creating a workflow in Zoho Campaigns.  However, when I go to use the update field option in one of my workflows(in campaigns), the custom field itself is there to use but none of the values that have have put in the field.

The custom field I created was a MultiSelect type of field.


Is there a way to get those multiple values to show up in my workflow in campaigns.
