How To Identify Contacts Based on Field Value And Specific Campaign Inaction
I have been sending emails with a link to download a resource for the past 5 months, and I just began assigning a custom field to contacts who clicked one of those links in past campaigns.
For my most recent campaign, I wanted to identify all contacts who had that custom field set, but who did NOT click the most recent link for the free resource.
I tried creating a segment, and I can set the custom field as one criteria, but there doesn't appear to be any way to add a criteria for "did not click a specific link in a specific campaign".
I'm probably not explaining this very well, but hopefully that makes sense.
