Hi,

I am creating an email campaign in Zoho campaigns that goes out to users who have downloaded a free trial of our software. I want to be able to insert the name of the product they are trialling as a merge tag. In our Zoho CRM I can see that we have a product field for each contact, but when I try to set up a sync or a custom merge tag I cannot select product as a field to call from.

What do I do? I have been researching this for weeks now with no luck. Please help!
