How to Locate the Campaign Draft Folder and Send Mail

Good news and bad news.  The good news is that my list grew.  The bad news is that it grew beyond my subscription limit and I received an email alert from Zoho that the emails in my 4 autoresponders did not go out as a result.  The email alert told me my autoresponder emails went to drafts.

I can't find a drafts folder.  Where is it and how do I send my emails that didn't go out?  (I have upgraded my plan so that is not a problem any longer.)
