How to Reset Redirection Page after Form Submission?

Hi. I created an information request form and it is set to redirect the user back to my site's home page after they they submit their info. I would like to change that so that they are redirected to a special thank you page on my site. How do I do that? (It does not appear to be an option in Settings > Sign Up Form Theme > Edit)
