How to segment contacts via a leed title

Hi
I have synced the Zoho crm to the campaigns and now would like to be able to filter the customers by a word that would have appeared in the title of the job we did for them, but not necessarily in the contact information.

Is there a way of getting a list of customers/ jobs in either zoho crm or campaigns?

So for example i want to find all customers that we have ever done commercial work for and email them. The word commercial would appear in the title of the leed can someone help me in explaining how i might achieve this please.
