How to send email based on date field +/- particular time period

How to send email based on date field +/- particular time period

I'm not sure whether Zoho Campaigns has the capability to send emails based on a time variation to a particular date field? For example, if I want to send a reminder 2 weeks before a particular date (which is specified in the date field), how do I do this? Thx
