1/ I have all  the leads appear in Leads module, but some Leads should go to Mailing list 1, others to Mailing list 2

how should I do this?

2/ As well After contacts from Mailing list 1 have received their e-mail, they should be automatically moved to Mailing list 3

How it is possible to do this as well?
