how to send persolized url to email from zoho creator?

Hi!

zoho creator is using as "customized small crm"
each record = client
for client there is client email
for each client in zoho creator generates personalized custom url link
in url link there is UTMs and data for record ID (ID from zoho creator)

how to send via zoho campaigns for each such email previosly generated personalized url link?

for example, when we integrate creator and campaigns
campaings fo each unique email sending takes from creator "email address to which send email" and "url, which insert in email"
