How to Set a Default Bot (Zobot) to Appear Automatically on My Website?

Hi everyone,

I’ve configured a bot (Zobot) in Zoho SalesIQ that is already working properly through WhatsApp. However, when integrating it on my website, it doesn’t show up as the default option. Instead, the traditional live chat appears first, and the bot only activates after a user sends a message.

In the bot settings (for both Web and WhatsApp):

  • It is configured to trigger automatically after 1 second on the website, or when the user clicks the widget.

  • It is set to be available at all times, as shown in the screenshots I’ve attached.


What I’d like is for the bot to be the default channel from the very beginning, without requiring any user interaction, and without the traditional chat appearing first.

Can anyone help me identify what settings I might be missing so the bot shows up immediately upon page load and takes priority over live chat?
