How to set up a campaign so it automatically begins sending after new contacts sign up?

We have a web-to-lead form set up on the company page, so when someone enters their info, they get entered into the CRM and synced to our Campaign contact list. How can I set up a campaign so it automatically sends out to the new contacts that come through and have not yet received an email?
