How to switch to multi purpose?

Hello -

Trying to activate a campaign workflow and it says:

Please switch to multipurpose

You cannot send automated emails while you are in single purpose. so please switch to multipurpose

Guessing there is some setting somewhere but I'm not sure where to make that change.
