How to Trigger Emails through Campaigns When Blog Articles Are Published

I'm looking to trigger an email through Zoho Campaigns that includes the most recent blog articles posted on a Wordpress blog, as they are published. I expect I'll need, at minimum:

  • Collecting email signups for blog updates on the blog to point to Zoho CRM
  • Blog links/images/data to send from Wordpress to Zoho Campaigns
How can I do this?
