How to understand the stats better
Can someone answer these questions for me:
1) how does the criteria determine what device they are using when reading the email? In other words, the campaign stats say that most viewed on their iPhone. However, in our business we know that most people work off of their blackberrys.
2) what does it mean when it is recorded that say 100 people have not viewed the email? Is it to be assumed they just deleted it? Or they just have not read it yet?
3) Are there tips to making sure a higher percentage of people read the email?
