I have a question.

After I sent 2 campaigns last week  I saw that there was a huge number of bounced contacts.

ex  323 contacts in total . 84 have received and opened the email 81 contacts did not open the e mail and  158 bounced contacts.

Before sending the campain I sent it for review , everyting was ok .

I also sent  the campagin as a test  but I did not receive anything ... I found that very strange but I thought it was nothing....

I saw that I can send for example a chain campaign  but  if I do that the campaign will not be sent  to the bounced emails ...

I have just prepared another campaign I sent it as a test and once again I haven't received any email so far ....

I would like to know what is the problem . Is it my account or a server problem of Zoho.. ? or something else ?
