I have a list of contacts I can't seem to delete!

I have a list of contacts I can't seem to delete. Whether I bulk select them and try to delete, or delete them individually, I can't delete them and I wish to remove them so I may import another list that will max out my available list amount. They are taking up room for the amount of subscribers Im allowed to have.
