More than 5 weeks ago I sent a mail with a question about pushing data from Campaign to CRM.
The pushed data contained a lot of errors. The number of sent, opend, clicked and bounced mails in Campaign did not correspondent with the pushed data in CRM.
Zoho concluded: there is a bug in CRM. But now, after 5 weeks, there is no solution, and I don't get answer on my mails!
I can’t do business, because the Campaign-information in CRM isn’t correct, I can't delete bounced email adresses, and follow-up mail isn’t possible, because it’s based on data in CRM.
Maybe other users of CRM or Campaign does have experience with these errors?
