I stopped receiving emails as my DNS info seems to be wrong, ISSUE WITH DOMAIN DNS/NAMESERVER

This is the message I have:
The DNS/Zone information on this page will have no effect because your nameservers are not properly configured.

and these are the namesservers
Nameserver:: mx.zoho.com
Nameserver:: mx2.zoho.com
Nameserver:: mx3.zoho.com

How can I fix this please?
