Hello,

My organisation work with ZOHO CRM and ZOHO CAMPAIGN. The 2 applications are synced, so that the contacts from the CRM are added to Campaign. In the sync, some of the accounts fields corresponding to the CRM contacts are added as accounts fields. This allows to target contact depending on their account caracteristics.

Now, i need to import new contacts in ZOHO CAMPAIGN which are not in ZOHO CRM from a list. I created the list, with all the Contact fields, and the accounts fields. When i choose "import a list from a database" and add my file, i can map all the fields. But, only the contacts fields from campaign can be mapped, and not the accounts fields. And i really need to add those contacts with their accounts caracteristics associated.

Can you tell me how to solve the problem  ?
