Due to an immediate API change, users who have integrated with Twitter will have to reauthorize their Twitter account integration in Zoho MarketingHub to continue the services.
If any social campaign is scheduled for Twitter, it won't be sent out unless and until you schedule it again after reauthorizing your Zoho MarketingHub account with your Twitter account.
If you've already posted a campaign in Twitter, you will be able to get the reports of the post only after reauthorizing your Zoho MarketingHub account with your Twitter account.
Please note that there won't be any data loss while the changes are made.


P.S. Zoho MarketingHub and Twitter integration will be invalid for everyone from 12AM EST, 18th February, 2021. So, kindly reauthorize the integration at the earliest. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
