On my company i have associate may campaign count with Zoho CRM without difficulties

My colleague cjourand@groupe-links.com can't genrate his ZSC key form Zoho CRM, and I try to help him

When we try to connect campaign to CRM we receive the message "Unable to process your request" 

can you give expalication or reason to this problem

or a solution to finish this association
