Improved Response Rate if Social is Used with Campaigns?
I am using Zoho CRM to send emails to industry segments. For instance we will send 2,000 emails to CEOs of financial services with 1 to 10 employees. The open rates average about 16%. Click rate are variable but reasonable. For every 1,500-2,000 emails we usually acquire a customer.
Our industry is commercial real estate, our business is helping businesses acquire office and loft space in New York City.
Obviously we would like to improve the response rate. Does anyone have experience using using Zoho's social media features to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns? It seems a lot of work to follow thousands of contacts. Is it worth it?
Also, does anyone have experience integrating direct mail with Zoho campaigns?
By the way, we track email clicks and opens and are finding that calling contacts that have clicked and open an email multiple time is a good strategy.
Look forward to hearing suggestions as to how to improve our response rate. We are not yet using auto responders but plan to do so.
