Improvements to the Quotes module in Zoho CRM

I have some recommendations for improving the quotes module and thought I'd start a thread and see if anyone else agrees.

1.  Product Ordering:  It only allows me to currently show products in my quote in the order that I have added them to the quote in Zoho.  If I want to change the order I have to either delete all the products and re-add in the correct order, or re-assign already added products to a new product in the correct order.  

2.  Inventory (Qty On Hand):  I don't use inventory and it would be very nice to have this turned off if that's the case.  It's very confusing for sales people who may think they're unable to sell something because it appears to have '0' on hand.  If you aren't using inventory counts, this ought to be removed from the interface.

3. List Price:  When I setup a product in my products list, I setup a price that I want to use for selling it.  Every time that I add a product to a quote I have to manually type in a selling price, AGAIN.  This is a big waste of time and a potential area for errors to occur in data entry.  I understand having the flexibility to change the selling price, but it would be much better if this auto-populated from the product's price in the database and then I could edit that if I needed to!

4.  Sales Tax:  There needs to be a sales tax table we can manage somewhere that will allow me to auto-populate a tax rate for a quote based on the location of the receiving party.  Or atleast a way for me to define a tax rate easily for the entire quote, rather than relying on tax rates set for each item.  If I am selling to people in many tax districts, it's very difficult to manage this in Zoho right now.
