Hello,

I've been using zoho writer for some time now (at least a few months) and I've had no issues logging in, but today I went to use the zoho writer service and I've been stuck on the loading screen for the last 30 min. I've deleted my cache and cookies, re-downloaded a newer version of my browser, and have refreshed multiple times but to no avail. Perhaps this is related to the problem, but when I also tried to use the zoho desktop app it refused to log me in and also said that it was an unsecured app. I have no idea at this point if this is a browser problem or a login one, but I would like to be able to access my documents. There aren't any images attached, but the page is stuck on the zoho loading gif and has been for the last few hours.
