Integration opt-out information from Zoho Campaings to Zoho CRM

I would like to use the Zoho campaign and Zoho CRM with integration.
If customer would request to delete from the list in the mail sent by Zoho Campaign, I would like to link this opt-out information to the contacts of Zoho CRM as well.
How can I achieve the above needs?
