When I'm using Gmail, and clicking the icon for Zoho contextual gadget it ells me that I don't have a Zoho account, and then redirects me to my Zoho CRM home page. I'm not sure if it's related but when I try to sign in via google, it gives me the following message:
Oops! We are confused
We found that your googleapps.zoho.com Email address has been changed and there are two different Zoho accounts
exist with your previous (
action@action-promo.com) and current email address(
gloria@action-promo.com).
I tried following the instructions found via the link but I don't see 2 accounts, or even 2 emails at this point, so I don't know how to resolve this issue.
