Today a customer ask me two inresting questions?

1. Salesforce.com and Google Apps offers me certified SAS 70 Type II datacenters. Can Zoho offers me the same?  Affortunatelly I was read Zoho Security Practices in Zoho's blog and could answer (more or less) to customer. But, has Zoho some type of certification about your security practices?
2. I can see SF.com, SugarCRM, Netsuite, etc in Forrester and Gartner reports, but I can not see ZohoCRM? Does exist some report where ZohoCRM (and Zoho in general) appears? I was googling and could not found direct references of Zoho from Gartner or Forrester...

Is very important to have documents and references like these in Partner Portal or public portal.


Some personal suggestions

1. Is very important to have a small Zoho customer (all sizes) list around the world, something as Zoho Reseller list. This is a very helpfull sales tool and customer decision driver.
2. With almost 2 million users is time for Zoho to get a Support Portal as support.oracle.com or rhn.redhat.com. Those are a great knowledge repository with organized and easy to access products (bugs, tips, workarounds, etc) information.
