Internal Server Error (500) When Attempting to View Banking Transactions

I am experiencing an Internal Server Error (500) when attempting to view transactions across all of my banking accounts. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I have received little more than runaround from support, and the issue remains unresolved.

This is extremely frustrating, especially at this time of year as I am trying to close out my fiscal year in preparation for tax season. I need a Zoho representative to take ownership of this issue and see it through to resolution as soon as possible. This matter is time-sensitive and requires immediate attention.

If Zoho would like to retain my continued business, I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
