We no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer and all its versions will no longer be supported to host a remote support or unattended access session effective from February 02, 2021. If you need to initiate a support session, you can use browsers that are compatible to start a session.

 

However, joining a session via IE is still available for remote end users. When technicians share the link, customers at the remote end can use IE to join the session. To see the list of supported browsers, please click here.
