Healthcare recruitment goes beyond finding the right nurse. Recruiters must also verify that a nurse's professional licenses are valid and in good standing before they can begin work.

This process is often manual, requiring recruiters to switch between systems, verify licenses, and record the results back in their ATS. As hiring volumes grow, these repetitive tasks can slow recruitment and increase the risk of errors.

That's where Nursys for Zoho Recruit [BETA] comes in.

Designed for recruiters based  out of the USA who hire nurses, this marketplace extension integrates Zoho Recruit with the official Nursys database, allowing you to verify their nursing licenses in just a few clicks.

What can you do with the integration?   

With Nursys for Zoho Recruit, you can:
  1. Verify nursing licenses directly from Candidate (nurse) records.
  2. Automatically capture license verification results in Zoho Recruit.
  3. Track all verification requests from the dedicated Nursys Licenses module.
  4. Reduce manual effort while supporting credential compliance.

How it works

Once the extension is installed, verifying a candidate's (nurse) license is simple:
  1. Open a Candidate (nurse) record and enter the required license details.
  2. Click Verify License via Nursys.
  3. Zoho Recruit submits the verification request to Nursys.
  4. When the verification is complete, the license details and verification status are automatically updated in Zoho Recruit and logged in the record.

Availability & Installation

Available only for customers in the United States, as it is intended for organizations that use Nursys as part of their nurse credentialing process.

Since this is a BETA release, the extension is currently available on request and is not yet listed on the Zoho Recruit's Marketplace. If you'd like to enable it for your account, please drop an email to support@zohorecruit.com. We'll help you with the setup and activation process.

Prerequisites

  1. An institutional Nursys account with API access.
  2. A Zoho Recruit account with administrator privileges to configure the integration.
