In the latest version(v2.10.2) of the Zoho Desk iOS app, we have brought in support for the '
Send as Email' option while creating a ticket. This feature enables you to reach out to the customers by sending outbound emails. The emails are converted into tickets so that you can also track their progress.
Please update the app to the latest version directly from the App Store or using the link given below:
To access this feature, please ensure that 'Send as Email' option is enabled on the desktop site(
desk.zoho.com). You can do so by following the steps mentioned below:
2. Select 'Customization'.
3. Choose 'General Settings'.
4. Toggle Send as Email.
5. Select the Departments and click 'Save'.
Once done, please carry out a manual sync on the mobile app for the changes to take effect. You can do so by following the steps mentioned below:
1. Open the Zoho Desk app.
2. Go on to the 'Settings' module.
3. Select 'Refresh Portal Metadata'.
