We’re using Zoho Recruit and the built-in Zia matching algorithm, but we can’t get it to work at all. We even created a job profile and a job seeker with an exact match in skill sets, yet Zia says there is no match. Does anyone here have enough experience with Zoho Recruit to tell me if this is typical or if we might be doing something wrong?

I have no prior experience with Zoho’s recruitment platform, but I know that their CRM and accounting platforms are well regarded. I find it strange that they would not be able to match skills between jobs and applicants effectively.
