Is it possible to change the theme of an email campaign?

Is it possible to change the theme of an email campaign?

I have built out the content of my newsletter, but now I wish to change it from a mobile friendly template, back to a regular, full-width template. I can't seem to find any way to do that in that site. Is it possible? Please help! Thanks!
