Is it possible to create a Date-field Autoresponder using a custom field from Zoho CRM?
Is it possible to create a Date-field Autoresponder using a custom field from Zoho CRM? I was attempting to create a Date-Based Autoresponder to automatically send out a notification email when it's time for the customer to renew their subscription when I realized there were only 4 date-fields I could choose from:
Potential Last Activity Time
Potential Closing Date
Event Date
Last Activity Time
I would like to be able to use an Account Custom Field we have in Zoho CRM for the license expiration date ("Professional Expiration"). I selected the "Create Custom Field" option in the Date Field drop-down, however, I believe it's giving an error which I cannot see (the box just highlights in red but no additional information is given). So I assume it's not possible. This field is currently being pulled in the CRM Sync so I know Zoho Campaigns can use that data as criteria.
