Is it possible to customise the Update Profile form theme and content?

Is it possible to customise the Update Profile form theme and content?

We have set up Signup form themes, and want to use the same theme for subscribers when they use the "Update profile" link in the campaign footer, but it seems that the Update Profile form always uses a default theme?

And a related question (actually I think this is a bug) - in the update profile form we have an Employee numbers field as a drop down list (choose 1-20, 21-50, 51-200 etc). But both the default Update Profile form and the Signup form pull up every value in the subscriber list and uses them as the drop down.
Both forms should use the defined options, not the actual data.
