Is it possible to email contacts depending on survey status?

Is it possible to email contacts depending on survey status?

For either Zoho Survey or Surveymonkey, we can see that you can email people who have clicked, who have not clicked, etc., but especially want to email people who have not completed the survey, or partial completion. 

Is there a way to just email them with a reminder?
