Is it possible to pull the name of the mailing list selected for the campaign into a field?

Is it possible to pull the name of the mailing list selected for the campaign into a field?

I need to track which mailing lists were involved in a campaign. There's no way to see that unless I look at List-Based Reports in the Campaign module....I need to see it in the Campaign record in CRM. Can it be done via API or Deluge?
