Is it possible to segment lists based on location?

Is it possible to segment lists based on location?

I'm considering switching from Mailchimp to Zoho CRM & Campaigns, but I have come across what looks to be a show stopper. It does not seem possible  to segment  Zoho Campaigns lists based on location, which is a critical feature for me. 

Specifically, can I created a list or segment based on distance from a zip code,  as is possible in Mailchimp ?

If anyone out there has insight, I'd appreciate the help.
